VKV Sadiya has organised Yoga Saptah
from 21st June to 27th June, where all the parents and
people of nearby locality were invited to take part in the yoga session.The
session was led by Sahadev Mahato Sir, where he taught different Asanas and
Pranayams and also encouraged the parents and students to practice those asanas
and pranayams in their daily life. All the participants of the sessions were
awarded by participation certificates on the concluding day.The parents and the
local peoples gave overwhelming response
to it and also took the initiative to spread the knowledge of yoga.
